LIMITED EDITION - Willow Tearooms 85.5cmsx23.5cms - Purple

This Exquisite mirror is made in the style of the Willow Tearooms on Sauchiehall Street in Glasgow, the home of Rennie Mackintosh.

Modelled on 'The Room Deluxe' this mirror captures the essence of Mackintosh's Extravagant design for the vaulted ceiling room with bay window looking out over Sauchiehall Street. Entrance to the room was by way of a magnificent set of double doors which featured leaded glass decoration hinting at the colours and motifs to be found beyond. Described at the time as 'a fantasy for afternoon tea' the room was intimate and richly decorated . It featured a sumptuous colour scheme of grey, purple and white with silver painted tables and high backed chairs.

This mirror will bring a little of the decadence of the tearooms into any home and provide a wonderful focal point.

Our mirrors are made without the use of machinery and are individually handmade by the artist which may lead to variation in the lines.

The film used in the making of the mirrors is also handmade using a marbling effect and therefore each mirror will be unique.

Simply get in touch when you're ready to part with your crate and we can arrange for it to be collected - allowing it to be used again and again therefore reducing the impact on our planet. Please be aware that you will need a screwdriver to open the crate
