Every Catfish Glass mirror is individually handmade by our artist without the use of machinery, which means each piece is truly unique. Variations in lines and symmetry are part of the charm – but if you’re ordering a pair and would like them perfectly symmetrical, just let us know in the comments box when placing your order. The marbled film we use is also handmade, so no two mirrors will ever be quite the same. Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. A contact telephone number is required for our courier service, and overseas orders may be subject to import taxes.
Shipping
Smaller Catfish Glass pieces are carefully wrapped and sent via Royal Mail with full tracking, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your delivery. Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland may take a little longer and could incur a small extra charge.
Returns
We’re happy to offer a full refund for damaged goods or genuine reasons for return. Please note we can’t refund if measurements have been taken incorrectly or if you’re unhappy with natural variations in our handmade marbled film, as these are part of the mirror’s character. Return postage costs will be deducted from your refund. To avoid any disappointment, please double-check the measurements and product details before ordering.
Fitting
Our smaller handmade mirrors are provided with a 'picture hook' fitting for easy placement.
