Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your Catfish Glass mirror, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We offer a full refund for any goods that arrive damaged or where there is a genuine issue. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to let us know you’d like to return your item. You’ll then have another 14 days to return it in its original condition.

As our mirrors are handmade to order, we’re unable to offer refunds for:

​

• Incorrect measurements provided at the time of ordering

• Dissatisfaction with natural variations in the handmade marbled film

• General change of mind beyond the 14-day window

​

Return postage costs will be deducted from your refund unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Please ensure all measurements and product details are checked carefully before placing your order. If you’re ordering a pair and require perfect symmetry, let us know in the comments box at checkout.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
