Catfish Glass is a UK-based artisan mirror maker. All our mirrors are handmade to order, and we sell to UK customers via our website.

By placing an order, you agree that:

• You’re over 18

• You’ve provided accurate delivery details

• You’ve read and understood the product description, including the handmade nature of our items

Handmade Variations

All Catfish Glass mirrors are individually handmade, and each is unique. This includes natural variations in marbled film, symmetry, and finish. These are not considered faults.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout via our secure payment provider.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the size of your mirror and our order queue. Most mirrors are dispatched within 1–2 weeks.

• Small items are sent via Royal Mail with tracking

• Large mirrors are shipped in protective crates by courier

• A telephone number is required for courier deliveries

• Additional charges may apply for Highlands and Islands

Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To do so, contact us by email with your order number. You’ll then have another 14 days to return the item.

We offer a full refund for damaged or faulty items.

Refunds are not available where:

​

• Incorrect measurements were provided

• The product is returned outside the return period

• You are dissatisfied with variations in handmade finishes

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Cancellations & Changes

As each mirror is made to order, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, we may have already started crafting your piece.

Legal & Liability

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK law.
We are not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our control (weather, courier issues, etc.).
