Shipping Policy

Every Catfish Glass mirror is individually handmade by the artist, and crafting your piece can take up to two weeks depending on current order volumes. We’ll send you a dispatch confirmation with tracking details as soon as your mirror is on its way.

Smaller items are carefully packaged and sent via Royal Mail with full tracking. Larger mirrors are securely crated and delivered by courier to ensure they arrive safely.

• Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland may take a little longer and may incur a small additional charge.

• We currently ship within the UK. For overseas orders or special delivery requests, please get in touch before ordering.

Your mirror will be carefully packed in a sturdy protective crate and sent with a tracked courier, so it reaches you safe and sound. Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland may incur a small extra charge. We also offer a crate recycling service to help keep things green. - Please contact us for more information.

Our 61x41cm and 91x61cm mirrors are shipped in our large Catfish Crates to keep them safe in transit. You’ll need a standard screwdriver to open the front panel.

Please don’t try to force open the nailed side of the crate – it’s important to remove the front using the screws provided to avoid damage to the mirror or injury when opening.
